Job brief

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manger to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including sales and marketing assignments and from time to time to assist our field supervisor with field related tasks.we are a growing company and we are looking for a proactive person who can handle pressure and  consider himself dynamic for a very dynamic position.

Office Assistant Responsibilities

Include but not limited to: 

  • Answering sales calls and booking the company apartments 

  • Answering customer calls and providing customer service 

  • Providing support to our field supervisor

  • Handling payments to vendors and suppliers, ordering items,document transactions 

  • Marketing

  • Issuing reports

  • Invoicing, collection of rents, deposits

  • Administrative and clerical tasks as per office manger requests 

  • Check in & out guests at times

  • Inspecting apartments at times


  • Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word etc.)

  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)

  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler (google calander etc.)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • High energy and being able to work in the weekends and after hours

  • Car and driver licence
