We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manger to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including sales and marketing assignments and from time to time to assist our field supervisor with field related tasks.we are a growing company and we are looking for a proactive person who can handle pressure and consider himself dynamic for a very dynamic position.

Office Assistant Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:

Answering sales calls and booking the company apartments

Answering customer calls and providing customer service

Providing support to our field supervisor
-
Handling payments to vendors and suppliers, ordering items,document transactions
-
Marketing
-
Issuing reports
-
Invoicing, collection of rents, deposits
-
Administrative and clerical tasks as per office manger requests
-
Check in & out guests at times
-
Inspecting apartments at times

Requirements

-
Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word etc.)

Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler (google calander etc.)

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

High energy and being able to work in the weekends and after hours

Car and driver licence
